ABOUT THIS PROJECT

WWC is a digital transformation advisory that helps organisations become more agile, resilient, and ready for the future. They offer consultancy services and technology solutions to large enterprises looking to adapt their processes, systems and strategies to a world that’s constantly shifting.

I worked with their subject matter experts to shape content around a key opportunity area: after-sales in the automotive industry. This included a long-form ebook built from expert interviews, as well as an aspirational video aimed at C-suite decision makers. The goal was to help them see what’s possible when digital transformation is done with purpose.

USER RESEARCH

The recurring theme across conversations was that transformation was necessary, but many leaders felt overwhelmed by its scale, unsure of what success looked like, or hesitant to invest without a clear return. Through interviews and strategy workshops, we explored their priorities, blockers and appetite for change.

  • They’re focused on the future: As leaders, their time is their most critical asset. They filter out operational noise to concentrate on long-term, strategic objectives. They expect engagement to be sharp, insightful, and directly relevant to the future state of their business.
  • They may have been burnt before: The landscape is littered with costly initiatives that failed to deliver. This has made them cautious and rightly skeptical of over-promising. Trust is earned through a grounded, credible approach that demonstrates a clear path to tangible results.
  • They want clarity, not complexity: “Digital transformation” is often a meaningless buzzword. Leaders need the “why” to be simplified into a powerful narrative before they will invest in the “how.” They are looking for a clear story they can champion, not more jargon.
  • Trust matters more than tech: Decisions were driven by confidence in the partner, not just the platform. That meant the voice needed to feel experienced, calm, and focused on outcomes, not just innovation.

A Picture of Your Potential

The WWC POP Promo Video is a visual manifesto for leaders who dare to see beyond the horizon. It captures the spirit of human ambition, reminding us that our greatest achievements were once considered impossible.  My involvement included scripting and voice artist directing and working with our in-house creative team on the video.

Transforming the After Sales Experience

Beyond the Sale explores how automotive after sales are becoming a critical revenue driver amid shrinking new car margins. It outlines the role of data, digitisation, and customer-centric service models in shaping competitive advantage. The report highlights opportunities in predictive maintenance, personalised experiences, and supply chain collaboration. To succeed, OEMs must embrace cultural change, digital partnerships, and a bold, future-ready mindset.
